For chronic or pre-diagnosed conditions it is recommended you seek the advice of your physician prior to Massage Therapy, which rests under the umbrella of"health care". Though Massage Therapy is highly non-invasive and has an extremely low risk of side effects, this is, after all, your health we're talking about! So it's just a good idea to keep everyone on your health care team involved and informed. Disrobing is never required and is only suggested to the point of the client's level of comfort. For your comfort and privacy your massage session will be conducted with the utmost discretion and respect, using professional draping methods when disrobing is the client's choice. Communication is essential for a successful session! A brief assessment before and after each session will direct your massage therapist toward your desired results. Your goals are the objective!
