Curtis Junior High School

Curtis Junior High School, located in University Place, Wash., serves more than 900 students in grades eight and nine. Curtis Junior High School is affiliated with University Place School District, which also operates other various schools, including Evergreen Primary School, Narrows View Intermediate School, Chambers Elementary School and Drum Intermediate School. It provides various sports activities, such as basketball, wrestling, baseball, cheerleading, cross country, football, softball, tennis, and track and field. Curtis Junior High School offers a variety of subjects, including language arts, science and health, foreign languages, math, reading, social studies, English, music, physical education and technology education. In addition, the school provides special education, technology, maintenance and food services.
