Olivia and Rocky Byrd, owners of Rockfish Food & Wine, are always looking for a restaurant they love. Each having over 25 years experience in food & beverage has helped form some solid ideas of what at least some of the local population is looking for, too. After working in some top notch resorts and wineries on the central coast of California for a number of years, the Byrds decided to come home to Roanoke. When the current location in Grandin Village popped up, it seemed like the perfect spot to open their new endeavor.
