Newport News Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court hears criminal and traffic issues. It handles matters involving families such as custody, support and visitation. The court also provides assistance on cases related to juveniles accused of traffic violations, delinquency and children in need of supervision, abuse and negligence. Newport News Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court provides legal assistance for foster care and entrustment agreements, court-ordered rehabilitative services and consent for medical treatments.
