Cedar Circle Farm

Cedar Circle Farm Farms and Education Center are located on a more than 50-acre organic vegetable and berry farm. The facility offers various educational and training programs to train next-generation farmers, raise public awareness of the importance and benefits of local organic agriculture, increase access of quality organic foods to low-income groups, and create models for farm-appropriate alternative energy strategies. Its Hello Caf is open daily and offers organic coffee and espresso drinks, tea and baked goods. It also provides cooking classes, and hosts various events, such as the annual pumpkin festival and feast in the field. Cedar Circle Farm Farms is located in East Thetford, Vt.
