Knox Family Wellness Center

Knox Family Wellness Clinic is a fitness and wellness center offering basic general family health care. At our fitness center and gym, we offer strengthening and body building with hand weights, treadmills, and bikes. We have aerobics classes with certified trainers Monday thru Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can join in our pilates, tumbling, and dance classes; we offer aerobics classes for all ages. Afterward, visit our massage therapist for a massage. We also offer education classes on high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol problems. Contact us to find out more information.
