Baptist Behavioral Health Care

Founded in 1912 and located in Union City, Tenn., Baptist Memorial Hospital, formerly known as Obion County General Hospital, is part of the Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation. It is a more than 170-bed health care facility. The hospital offers a variety of services for patients, including 24-hour emergency services, cardiac care and trauma treatment. Baptist Memorial Hospital provides various acute care services, including medical and surgical, pediatric, neonatal, geriatric, postpartum and obstetrical care. The hospital also provides a range of behavioral health services adults and adolescents. It offers services in several specialty areas, such as heart catheterization, ophthalmologic surgery, dialysis, sleep disorders treatment, electrocardiography, oncology, X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging, and physical, respiratory, occupational and rehabilitation therapies. The hospital also offers physician referral service, parent training classes and pastoral care.
