Norwood Elementary School

Norwood Elementary School provides educational instructions to students from prekindergarten through grade five. The elementary school is governed by the Anderson County School District. It offers classes in various subjects, including English, language arts, mathematics, foreign languages, social studies, science and computer technology. The school adopts a zero tolerance policy, and organizes various extracurricular activities, including field trips, family art night and sports. Norwood Elementary School also offers its students access to a fully integrated internal computer network, including access to the Internet. It also imparts Headstart and other vocational programs.
