Comfort Keepers offers a range of in-home care services to seniors. It owns and operates more than 550 independent franchise locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The center provides companionship, meal preparation, transportation to doctor appointments and light housekeeping services. Comfort Keepers also provides personal care services, including assistance with incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene care, toileting and other activities of daily living. In addition, it offers specialized services that include 24-hour emergency response and care for clients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia issues. Comfort Keepers maintains a location in Kingsport, Tenn.
