Fatz Cafe is a casual dining restaurant chain that was founded in 1988 in Spartanburg, S.C. Owned and operated by Cafe Enterprises, the chain maintains more than 35 locations throughout the Southeast. Known for its signature Calabash Chicken, Fatz Cafe employs over 3,000 associates.
