Lexington School District 02

Located in West Columbia, S.C., Lexington County School District 2 serves the educational needs of more than 8,500 students of Cayce, Springdale, Pine Ridge, and South Congaree in South Carolina. The school district operates more than 15 elementary, middle and high schools, an early childhood center, and an alternative school. It offers a variety of educational, enrichment and extracurricular programs to its students. Its curriculum includes English, language art, social studies, science and technology, health education, mathematics, business studies, computer science, career and technology education, fine arts, music, and physical education. The district offers various sports programs, such as softball, football, cheerleading, volleyball, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and athletics. It also provides facilities, including transportation and daily lunch services.
