Carolina Real Estate was founded in 1980 at its present location on College Ave. in downtown Clemson. It is one of the few all female owned companies in Pickens County. Its owners and officers are Monica Zielinski, Jane Brown and Sandia Rosche. They are very proud of their agents, many of whom have been with them for over 20 years. Carolina Real Estate is a full service brokerage serving the areas of Clemson, Seneca, Central, Six Mile, Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee. Carolina Real Estate is affiliated with the RELO relocation network. Carolina Real Estate also offers an extensive property management and rental division.
