Alternative Academy

Alternative Academy for Success is a part of the School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties. The school s curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It offers sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball and weight lifting. Alternative Academy for Success also provides instructive classes in art, computer applications and physical education. The school operates a library and cafeteria. It employs a library specialist, psychologist, speech therapist, physical education coach, counselor and nurse.
