Established in 1931, Quality Beef Company Inc. is one of the largest perishable food distributors in Rhode Island. The company serves a variety of markets, such as restaurants, institutions, state commissaries as well as large food service establishments. Some of its products include beef, veal, chicken, pork, frozen seafood and provisions. Its United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified cutting room facility has the capability to cut any type of meat.
