In its 50-year history, Hampton Affiliates has expanded from a single mill operation to one of the largest privately held forest and building products companies in the United States. Its resource holdings provide much of the raw material for its manufacturing centers, which produce commodity lumber, studs and metric lumber. The company maintains a private fleet of railcars for shipping products.
