Anderson Engineering and Surveying, Inc. (AES) provides expert civil and structural engineering and surveying services for public and private infrastructure development. Our mission is to provide our clients with practical, cost-effective yet innovative solutions, no matter the size or location of the projects.Coupled with a deep understanding of the conditions and communities of Central and Eastern Oregon, this approach influences all of our work, whether it is creating a gymnasium for a rural school, forging an innovative public/private partnership to facilitate housing development or the creative design of a new wastewater treatment system for the Town of Lakeview, which, in 2000, won one of the American Consulting Engineers Council's (ACEC) 18 national awards for innovative engineering.Darryl Anderson established AES in Lakeview in 1983. The firm now has the capability to tackle large projects, yet is compact enough that we provide personalized, attentive service. This has resulted in a 90 percent rate of repeat clients.Over 95 percent of the firm's technical staff has been with us for at least four years. Because there are no learning curves, we are very efficient. This allows us more time to develop creative yet practical solutions. We have also developed highly effective management processes. To assure continual improvement in our work, AES has participated in the ACEC's Peer Review Program.
