Upon discharge from therapy, as part of our after care program, we also offer personal training and gym memberships to our patients through CPTA'S Wellness Center - Prescription Fitness. Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates is an outpatient, orthopedic rehabilitation clinic specializing in"hands-on"manual therapy. We are housed in a beautiful 12,000 square foot facility that offers an advanced wellness center and a comprehensive aquatic program. CPTA was founded in 1996 out of the desire to provide Cleveland County with the best rehabilitation services possible.
