Manning Elementary School

Manning Elementary School, a part of the Roanoke Rapids School District, provides educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade five. The school employs subject teachers, guidance counselors, media coordinators, occupational therapists, nurses and speech pathologists. It supports several sports activities, such as gymnastics and softball. Manning Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that organizes fundraising events and extracurricular activities. The school offers classes in Spanish, art, music and physical education. Its academic curriculum also includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. In addition, Manning Elementary School provides the English as a Second Language program. The school is located in Roanoke Rapids, N.C.
