Goodwill Stores

In operation since 1965, Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is a donation-based clothing recycling program. Located in Matthews, N.C., it manages stores, which sell donated goods, after they have been repaired, mended and cleaned. The organization offers customized job training and employment placements to people who lack education, job experience or face employment challenges and those with disabilities. Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont caters to the residents of Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Gaston, Lancaster, Lincoln, Union and York Counties.
