The Barn Dinner Theatre

The Barn Dinner Theatre, located in Greensboro, N.C., has 27 other locations as well. The theatre was started in 1962. The cast of the show tours from one Barn Dinner Theatre to another. Each theater has living quarters for the performing artists that includes kitchens, showers and bedrooms. The theatre in Greensboro, N.C. is the only remaining property from the original chain. Its menu include a variety of salads such as fresh salad bar, pasta, fresh seafood, tomato and cucumber and Italian pasta salad, baked halibut, black angus roast beef, honey glazed ham, slow roasted pork loin, baked chicken, barbeque chicken, beef pot pie, veggie lasagna, steamed broccoli, yellow rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, collard greens, pesto pasta, fried okra and green bean casserole. The desserts include fresh fruit, homemade cobbler, banana pudding and iced cake.
