Long Island Remodel & Contracting Vazac Contracting has been in business in St. James since 1985. Fred Vazac, a native of St. James, is the company president and owner. We are licensed and insured in Suffolk County, Nassau County and Southampton, New York. We are a member of the St. James Chamber of Commerce. We also belong to the Certainteed Roofing Council, as well as a certified craftsman by Wolverine Vinyl Products and The National Association of Remodeling Industry. We are a 16-year St. James/Smithtown Little League sponsor, and a 7-year sponsor of the Nesconset Heat Girls Fast Pitch Softball Team.
