Putnam Valley Elementary Schl

Putnam Valley Elementary School is a student-centered facility that serves more than 700 students in kindergarten through grade four. Its academic courses and enrichment programs help in the social, physical and emotional development of students. The school s social studies classes offer information on Native Americans and European explorers. Its math courses focus on factors, products, prime numbers and multiples. Located in Putnam Valley, N.Y., the school also conducts writing workshops, pizza nights and Halloween parties. It maintains a libraray that provides an array of books and online resources. Putnam Valley Elementary School is a part of Putnam Valley Central School District, which has more than 160 teachers and over 125 support personnel.
