Tioga Opportunities

Tioga Opportunities is a private, nonprofit, multi-purpose, intergenerational human service agency. Tioga was incorporated in 1965. The primary purpose of Tioga Opportunities is to focus its available resources on enabling low-income families and individuals of all ages to attain the skills, knowledge, motivation and opportunity needed to become fully self-sufficient. The organization aims to strengthen the community s capabilities for planning and coordinating response to local needs and organize a range of services to help families and individuals overcome problems. Tioga Opportunities also develops and implements all programs and projects to include all resident. Tioga Opportunities is located in Owego, N.Y.
