Douglas Wilson and Company, PC was established in 1913 by Douglas N Wilson. His son, Norm (Douglas N. Wilson II), joined the firm in 1939 became managing shareholder in 1975, and retired in 1982. Douglas N. Wilson III, joined the firm in 1969, and became managing partner in 1982. Doug retired as managing partner in 2011. He remains on staff as a CPA. We believe in the value of relationships.
