University Of Table Rock Lake

The founder of the University and Foundation idea, Don Bishop along with his wife Elise, started the business in 2002 and 2003 respectively. Don began coming to the Table Rock Lake area as a small child in the early 1960s to the family cabin owned by his Grandparents who bought the property before the dam was built in the mid 50s. Family vacations throughout his childhood were spent at the family cabin, and when it was time for Don to retire from 24 years of military service, he brought his own family to the Ozarks. To accomplish its mission, the University currently offers quality products through the online direct sales or at our brick and mortar location MO State Hwy 13, three miles south of Branson West towards Kimberling City in the Stoneridge Center Unit 13. Please stop by and have a cup of coffee if you are going by. Denim shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, T-shirts beach towels, coffee mugs, window stickers, hats, and even diplomas in three areas:"Fishing Fun, Boating Fun, and Skiing Fun"are available in Bachelors, Masters, and PhD levels of study. All degrees have the official"University"raised seal and signed by the UTRL President. Requirements for the degrees are your name and some money:) Alumni can keep up-to-date with current campus happenings by reading the online newsletter. Please send us your ideas, comments, and questions via our e-mail or snail mail address. At least 10 percent of all University profits go towards the University of Table Rock Lake Foundation, Inc. This charitable foundation [ 501 (c) (3) ] sponsors the children noted above and their families, stay for an extended weekend of fun at a local resort here on the lake. 100% of the Foundation's outside donations go towards the sponsorship of the ill children and their families. All costs/time required associated with running the Foundation are absorbed by the Corporation and by their volunteer staff.
