Tri-City Christian School

Founded in 1972, Tri-City Christian School is a ministry of Tri-City Baptist Church. The school provides training at the preschool, kindergarten, elementary, junior and senior high levels. Located in Independence, Mo., it is accredited by the American Association of Christian Schools and is a member of the Missouri Association of Christian Schools. The school offers classes in mathematics, science, physical education and language arts. Its academic curriculum also includes speech, technology, Bible studies, music and art. The school has an athletics department that provides various sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, volleyball and wrestling. Its world languages department includes courses in Greek and Spanish.
