Operational for more than 35 years, Deaconess HomeCare has been providing a range of home health care services and programs. Located in Mt. Juliet, Tenn., it serves 91 counties throughout Mississippi, Tennessee and Kentucky. Some of the services offered include nursing, physical/speech/occupational therapy, medical social work and home health aide. The center holds accreditation by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care Inc. (ACHC) for its services.
