IKBI is a tribally owned general contracting firm that serves the government and private sectors throughout the Southeast. The firm offers construction management, design/build, property development and maintenance and in-house electrical services. It serves the manufacturing, service, retail, hospitality and transportation industries. Located in Choctaw, Miss., IKBI has completed projects for the Institute of American Indian Arts, McCoy Federal Building, Kellogg s, Pearl River Resort and the City of Philadelphia , Miss. In addition, the company controls and manages project documents. IKBI is a part of Choctaw Development Enterprise, which has completed box culvert, bridge and road projects for the Department of Transportation.
