Good Samaritan Society

The Good Samaritan Society - Battle Lake is a health care center that provides short- and long-term rehabilitative services and transitional care to people who move home to recover after surgery or hospital treatment. The center provides physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as restorative nursing services. It also offers educational and training services and conducts planned activities for people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, the center provides hospice and medical care to terminally ill patients. It offers intravenous, massage, restorative, music, recreational and respiratory therapies to its in-house patients. Additionally, it provides verbal and nonverbal communication skills training and cognitive and voice assessment services for its outpatients. The center conducts various activities, such as reading sessions, bingo and movie outings. Located in Battle Lake, Minn., the Good Samaritan Society - Battle Lake is a part of the Good Samaritan Society.
