Long Rapids School

Long Rapids Elementary School serves more than 160 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school s curriculum is based on research concerning the learning and reading habits of elementary school students. It offers physical and special education , speech therapy, music, library, Title 1 and counseling programs. Long Rapids Elementary School provides a range of subjects, such as reading, mathematics, writing, spelling, social studies, science and phonics, for students in grades one and two. The school also conducts classes in music and fine arts. It operates a library that offers various resources, such as books and newspapers.
