Village Bank

The Village Bank, with assets of more than $500 million, is a chartered financial institution that provides service to customers in Middlesex County in Massachusetts. It offers customers a variety of financial products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, business services and Internet banking. The bank was founded in 1910 as Auburndale Co-operative Bank. It became The Village Bank in 2003 through the acquisition of Newton South Co-operative Bank. The Village Bank has its main office in Auburndale, Mass., and additional banking centers in Auburndale, Newton, Newton Highlands, Newtonville, Waban and Wayland.
