Gold's Gym

Established in 1965, Gold's Gym is one of the largest chains of fitness centers in the world. Located in Westminster, Md., it specializes in providing a range of exercise and physical fitness programs for individuals of all age groups. The gym offers a variety of group exercise or physical fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba, to name a few. Its amenities include cardio equipment with personal viewing screens, resistance machines, sauna/steam room, locker rooms and spinning room, among others. The gym also features a Caf and a Juice bar that serve an array of food, shakes and cooler drinkers. Moreover, Gold s Gym offers nutrition counseling, personal training and child care services to its members/customers. In addition, it provides wrestling and mix martial arts programs for young adults and children.
