Myersville Elementary School

Myersville Elementary School, founded in 1971, enrolls more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as art, technology education, math, music, reading, physical education, science and social studies. It offers special education, Title I, English Language Learners, accelerated reader, and free- and reduced-price meals programs. The school has a partnership with Chesapeake Bay Foundation and is involved in ecological awareness and environmental improvement projects. Its parent-teacher association organizes a range of fundraising events.
