Oaklands Elementary School

Oaklands Elementary School is a part of Prince George's County Public Schools, which offers educational classes to students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school district operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Each institution of the district has a library that stocks books, periodicals and magazines and also provides access to several educational and recreational Web sites. Oaklands Elementary School teaches numerous subjects that include language arts, reading and science. The elementary school also provides lessons in basic number skills. The school employs custodians, cafeteria workers, paraprofessionals and special education teachers. Located in Laurel, Md., Oaklands Elementary School offers education to students in pre-kindergarten through grade six.
