Michael Watts, owner of Bel Air Construction started the company in 1981 with the dream of being a professional remodeling company. Since then, Bel Air Construction has grown to about 15 employees and over 2, 000 customers in Harford and Baltimore Counties. Employees regularly attend ongoing training because there is always room to improve. Bel Air Construction's commitment to quality has earned them numerous industry awards including the most prestigious Remodeling's Big 50 and Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 among many other awards. Michael Watts, owner of Bel Air Construction, was one of the first 10 Certified Graduate Remodelers ( CGR ) in the state of Maryland. The CGR program requires high standards of business practice and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
