St. Elizabeth Foundation is a Baton Rouge adoption agency that provides confidential, comprehensive counseling services to those facing an unplanned pregnancy in Louisiana. We also provide medical care, counseling, and continuing education for our birthparents and adoptive parents.We tailor the adoption process to the wishes of the birthparent, not the adopting parents.At St. Elizabeth Foundation, we mainly do variations of what are called open adoptions.
