Cardinal Engineering, established in 1967, provides civil engineering, architectural and surveying services to customers in northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati regions. Its civil engineering services include water distribution systems design, project feasibility studies, design and engineering reports, sanitary sewer systems design, code enforcement assistance, and planning and subdivision design.
