It operates community development projects in Texas, South Carolina, Kentucky, Hawaii, North Carolina and New York. Actus Lend serves the U.S. Defense, Department of Defense Military Housing Privatization, the U.S. Army, Army Housing, the U.S. Navy and the United States Marine Corps.
