SHE is a certified trauma specialist (CTS) with the national institute of trauma and loss. SHE is Also trained in level 1 and level 2 of EYE movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) treatment. And has obtained over 100 hours of play therapy training. Jessica utilizes other modalities for healing including. But NOT limited to trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Mindfulness. Conscious breathing. Meditation. And restorative yoga positions. SHE has been practicing professionally in the mental health field since 2003 and has extensive experience working with women and adolescent women looking for relief from trauma. Stress.
