Catholic education has been part of the Leavenworth community since 1858. Mother Xavier Ross, SCL (Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth) founded our schools and is the namesake of our Elementary School. Immaculata High School was founded in 1903,. Xavier Elementary and Immaculata High School, are the only Catholic schools in Leavenworth County. Students come from Leavenworth, Lansing, Easton, Ft.
