Sirloin Stockade

Sirloin Stockade, founded in 1966, operates a chain of buffet-style restaurants throughout the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky. Its restaurants offer a range of hot and cold buffet items that includes entrees, vegetables and salads. The chain's restaurants also have full-service bakeries that offer fresh rolls, pies, cakes and soft serve ice cream with a variety of toppings. It is a part of Stockade Companies, which is a multiconcept restaurant chain that operates more than 80 restaurants in the United States and Mexico. Sirloin Stockade also offers opportunities for opening new franchisee restaurants. One of its restaurants is located in Hutchinson, Kan.
