Henning Construction was founded in 1924 by Danish emigrant, Lars Henning. A brick mason by trade, Lars, started a small construction business in his hometown of Latimer, Iowa. Henning Construction quickly gained a reputation as a builder of quality clay tile barns, gymnasiums, grain silos and other buildings within this north central Iowa community. Currently, Henning Construction is well positioned to meet the construction needs of various industries throughout the world, including commercial food processing and handling operations, convenience stores, restaurants, multifamily residential units, office buildings and agricultural livestock confinement facilities.
