Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center

Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center is a more than 70-plus-bed nursing facility that serves the physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs of its residents. The facility manages a staff of over 35 employees and provides nursing and hospice care services. As a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility, it offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center provides respite and wound care services. Operational for nearly 30 years, the facility offers social and activity programs. It provides transportation, tube feeding and infusion therapy services. Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center is a part of Care Initiatives, which operates various nursing homes and assisted living and independent living centers in approximately 55 locations throughout Iowa. Care Initiatives has a partnership with the Iowa Health Care Association.
