Davis Park Elementary School

Davis Park Elementary School, located in Terre Haute, Ind., is a part of Vigo County School Corp School District. Established in 1910, it enrolls more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade five. The curriculum includes all the basic subjects, including verbal and written expression, math, and science. Students also learn to use instruments, sing songs, study musical patterns, move to music, and learn to make a variety of art projects and express themselves, using a variety of media. A school psychologist is available whose work involves in preventing and addressing social, behavioral, academic and other learning problems. Davis Park Elementary School offers extracurricular activities, including various sports, such as softball, basketball and baseball.
