Elmwood Elem School

Elmwood Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade six in Zion, Ill. The school offers classes in English, math, science, social studies and language arts. The school s curriculum also includes music, physical education and art. Elmwood Elementary School s library stocks a variety of textbooks, storybooks, encyclopedias, picture dictionaries, and fiction and nonfiction books. The school provides special education programs for students with developmental disabilities. It additionally offers English Language Learners programs. Elmwood Elementary School s parent-teacher organization sponsors recreational programs and parent-teacher conferences. The school is a part of Zion Elementary School District 6, which also operates Beulah Elementary School, West Elementary School, East Elementary School and Shiloh Park Elementary School.
