Willard Elem School

Willard Elementary School offers a range of educational programs to students in kindergarten through grade four. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, physical education, music, math, art, science and English. The school administers special education and English Language Learners programs, as well as employs a custodial engineer, nurse, speech pathologist and social worker. It also operates a parent-teacher organization that conducts several fundraising events and programs. The school maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. It organizes a variety of events, including book fairs. Located in River Forest, Ill., Willard Elementary School is a part of River Forest Public Schools District 90, which was founded in 1850. The school district serves more than 1,300 students in kindergarten through grade 8.
