Baldwin Intermediate

Baldwin School, located in Quincy, Ill., is a part of the Quincy Public School District. It enrolls more than 1,400 students and offers classes in grades four through six. Its program ensures a successful transition from the self-contained classroom structure of the elementary school to the departmentalized structure of the high school while providing support and direction. It offers a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, language arts, social studies and science. Its extracurricular activities include interscholastic and intramural sports and various student clubs and organizations, such as its art, audiovisual, book, ceramics and chess clubs; history, math and Web teams; jazz ensemble; student newspaper; student council; and yearbook.
