Illini Community Hospital, established in 1942, is a critical access hospital located in Pittsfield, Ill. It offers a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including diagnostic, critical and surgical care and rehabilitation services. The hospital s emergency department provides services for patients 24-hours a day. It also provides emergency transport through ambulance helicopter for accidents and illnesses that cannot be treated at the hospital. Its clinical care coordination department offers social services, discharge planning, advance directives and case management services. The hospital s outpatient services include injections, intravenous fluids and transfusions. Illini Community Hospital is accredited by the Health Facilities Accreditation Program and is a member of the American Hospital Association and the Illinois Hospital Association.
