OSF Saint Francis is proud to be a part of RiverPlex, a state of the art Wellness and Recreation Center located on the beautiful riverfront in downtown Peoria. In collaboration with the Peoria Park District (PPD) this facility offers the community unsurpassed opportunity to improve health and well being in a medically based fitness center. Our professional staff will work in conjunction with the PPD personnel to provide you with all resources needed to achieve your fitness and health goals. OSFSFMC offers the following services at the RiverPlex: Arthritis Services Weight Loss Surgery Worksite Wellness Health Screenings / Personal Wellness Profile BOD POD Weight Loss Programs (non-surgical) Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Phase II Program Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Medical Exercise Program Contain the Gain
