Founded in 1976, Mid-America Overseas provides a range of transportation and logistics services throughout the United States. It offers freight consolidation and distribution, local delivery, dangerous goods shipping, less-than-full container loading, computerized scheduling and customs-bonded drayage services. Mid-America Overseas maintains 450,000 square feet of warehousing space and employs more than 400 people. It operates over 35 terminal facilities and is a customs-bonded freight station. The company additionally provides shipment tracking and purchase order management services. It maintains a location in Itasca, Ill.
